Great stay at The Bridge - We needed a place to stay before catching the ferry from Scrabster to Orkney and booked in at The Bridge. The building looks very characteristic and the reception area is quirky and interesting.The landlord Hans is very welcoming and helpful.The room was spacious, very clean and the bedvery comfortable. The bathroom was large and very well set up, our only comment is the hose on the shower part was a bit short and made having a shower in the bath tricky, but not really a big problem.The breakfast was great, choice of cooked breakfast, or fruits and cereals. Hans made us big pots of coffee and tea.A cracking place to stay with a very warm and welcoming host.

Lovely place to stay along NC500 - We initially booked a double room as our son was travelling with grandparents but he wanted to join us earlier than planned. We called the hotel and they moved us to a family room which was a perfect size. The beds were comfy, the room was a good size and clean, and the breakfast was exactly what was needed before heading north.The staff was also very helpful in letting us know where to eat.
